BerkOne is a company that focuses on excellence. We are seeking a results-oriented Director of Service Operations to lead all BPO operations for our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible to ensure the organization is well positioned in a rapidly evolving and competitive environment by being an agent for ongoing organizational change. 


The Director of Service Operations will be a member of the Senior Management Team, will develop and execute a strategic plan, while maintaining employee, company, and client satisfaction. 


To achieve the expected goals, you will: 

  • Formulate department goals, strategies and operating policies and procedures 
  • Build a strong Management team by making decisions regarding employment, performance appraisal, salary changes, promotions, transfers or terminations.
  • Work to ensure our organization exceeds customer Service Level Agreements and quality standards.

  • Salary: 110K – 140K (commensurate with experience)

Requirements

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year College or equivalent knowledge of commercial, technical and/or industry practice and principles; and 
  • Minimum 6 - 8 years relate d experience and/or training; or
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience.
