What you would do for us in creating this experience:

• Main duty in this role is general landscaping, trash/debris removal, and maintenance for communities, new construction, commercial and rental properties, model, and spec homes.
• Complete assigned work orders for service by diagnosing the source or cause of the defect or problem, and making repairs in accordance with established policies, procedures, safety standards, and code requirements for both rental homes and occupied      residences.
• Working with our clients to complete 1 year warranty requests for new construction homes.
• Work with our leadership to develop procedures for accessing and maintaining materials, supplies, equipment, tools, and other items.
• Document completion of work by taking pictures as required and complete other paperwork timely and accurately so that service requests can be appropriately documented and tracked.
• Demonstrate customer service skills by interacting with residents and others with respect, answering questions, responding sensitively to complaints, and completing assigned work orders with efficiency and respect for the resident's home and      belongings.
• Other duties as assigned

  What you can bring to us:

• 1+ years of proven service or maintenance and landscaping experience.
• Current and valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• Well-organized with excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Must be able to work independently, with minimal supervision
• This is a position which requires frequent walking, standing, climbing stairs and ladders of varying heights, and lifting to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to work some weekends
• High school diploma
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Certificate in HVAC, building maintenance technology or relevant field are a plus
