Description
Bishop Miege High School is currently seeking to fill their President position for the next school year that begins July 1, 2023. The President is responsible for the fiscal stability of the High School and implement the goals and objectives of a Catholic philosophy of education in the school community. A practicing Catholic and a master degree in Education, Business or other related field is required. A minimum of at least five years’ experience in a leadership role in education, business or other related field. This is a full-time position and is eligible for paid time off and participation in our benefits plan.
The President is responsible for the fiscal stability of the High School and is specifically charged with the following:
- Fundraising and Development.
- Public and Alumni Relations.
- Institutional and Educational Leadership.
- Long-Range Planning and Fiscal Year Budget Formulation.
- Development and Review of High School Policies.
- Oversight of the Implementation of the High School Policies.
Requirements
- Practicing Catholic.
- Master Degree in Education, Business or other related field.
- Minimum of five years experience in a leadership role in education, business or other related field.
- Analyze issues and balance fact-based analysis with intuition, information and experience.
- Strong verbal and/or written communication skills to exchange information clearly and concisely and deliver concepts, opinions and ideas in a professional manner.
- Demonstrate patience and composure; adapt quickly and resourcefully to all situations.
- Promote a sense of collaboration and teamwork; share information and learning; keep others informed to help promote Archdiocesan strategy and goals.
