Description

Teall Sports & Entertainment is currently seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to assist with onboarding administration and employee maintenance.


The successful candidate would be responsible for working with site management to administer the onboarding process for a large number of part-time team members.


Responsibilities:

  • Launch offer letters, background check requests, and onboarding tasks through HRIS/ATS Platform
  • Monitor status of offer letters, reaching out to candidates when necessary for status updates
  • Complete the administrative onboarding process insuring all eligible candidates are successfully imported into the payroll system
  • Update pay rates, supervisor, job title, and employee status as necessary
  • Assist team members with password management
  • Assist management staff with time card corrections
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements

Skills:

  • Experience in Human Resources or Payroll administration working with an online HR/payroll software package
  • Outstanding professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Solid understanding of MS Office with Excel

Education and Experience:

  • 2 or more years of experience in a Human Resources or Payroll administration role is required
  • Prior experience in a temporary staffing agency environment is preferred

Physical/Travel Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift 10-15 pounds to ship packages a few times a year
  • Occasional travel may be necessary
