This position is an add-to-staff opportunity reporting to our EVP of Sales Operations and will plan, execute, measure, and report on all initiatives related to organic search (SEO), paid search (PPC/SEM), display advertising, and website content management. Applicants must have experience with SEO operations and strategies, website management, and digital marketing campaigns.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
40% Organic Search Engine Optimization:
Develop, execute, and measure end-to-end SEO strategy.
Perform keyword research to identify opportunities for driving qualified leads through organic search.
Create and enhance website content to improve organic search visibility.
Develop and execute a white hat strategy for building quality links.
Ensure our website consistently follows best practices for technical SEO.
Research and write SEO-friendly, informational copy for our websites.
Manage the review and approval process for all SEO initiatives.
Maintain current knowledge of SEO trends and best practices.
Provide KPI reporting on all SEO initiatives.
40% Digital Advertising Management:
Develop, execute, and measure end-to-end paid search and display advertising strategy.
Monitor and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI.
Request and manage ad spend budget.
Properly tag all ads to ensure accuracy within CRM and analytics platforms.
Write copy for text ads, display ads, and landing pages.
Manage landing pages, either on our website or through a third-party provider.
Plan, execute, and measure A/B and multivariate testing.
Manage the review and approval process for all digital advertising initiatives.
Maintain current knowledge of digital advertising trends and best practices.
Provide KPI reporting on all digital advertising initiatives.
10% Website Management:
Perform ad hoc website updates as needed/requested.
Ensure all website content undergoes regular review for accuracy and timeliness.
Manage website analytics implementation using Google Tag Manager.
10% Miscellaneous:
General Marketing Support including, but not limited to content creation, blogging, email, and conference attendance.
Communicate department growth needs and proactively initiate next steps.
Learn, follow, and monitor current processes to carry out responsibilities and also provide recommendations for improvements based on industry experience and client feedback.
Experience managing SEO and digital advertising in a professional setting.
Experience with Wordpress or a similar CMS.
Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace products.
Demonstrates a high level of attention to detail and accountability.
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript.
Intermediate proficiency with spreadsheet tools like Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets and Google Analytics.
Strong understanding of Google Ads concepts and optimization strategies.
Experience managing ad campaigns within the Google Ads platform.
Education:
Degree and/or equivalent experience in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
