What does your day look like at Partner?

Veterinary scribes work directly with urgent care doctors to attend appointments and document patients’ physical exams. You will improve organizational efficiency by utilizing standard medical templates, accurately summarizing exams, preparing and assembling the patient’s record, plus organizing discharge instructions. 

The outcome of your efforts is an improved pet family experience, seamless communication, and more collaborative teamwork. 

There is no patient interaction while you are working as a scribe.

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in human medicine or veterinary profession
• Familiarity with medical or human/veterinary terminology, language, and abbreviations
• Typing proficiency (approximately 45 words/minute)
• Keen eye for documenting detailed information with accuracy 
• Understanding of veterinary workflows and procedures, preferred
