About the Position

We are seeking a dedicated Demand Generation Manager who is interested in joining a highly dynamic and intellectually inspiring Marketing team. This position can be based out of our HQ office in Tysons Corner, Virginia or remote, preferably located in East Coast or Central time zones.  We are flexible for the right candidate.


The Demand Generation Manager will not only translate product priorities and campaigns into go-to-market plans that help propel new pipeline but also customer expansion while coordinating with the Customer Marketing Manager. This individual will understand prospect and customer needs and motivations and make sure our activities and campaigns add value to every stage of the buyer journey. The Demand Generation Manager must be experienced in healthcare buyer personas and their motivations to drive account leads.


Demand Generation Manager will be comfortable with both strategy and execution. As an executional strategist, you will understand the overarching strategy while also being skilled at diving into the data to identity areas to continually improve and able to fix these areas. Plus have experience in using marketing automation systems and Salesforce.com to set up and execute campaigns.  Skills in WordPress are also a plus.  This seat will report to the Senior Director Demand Generation.


Responsibilities

  • Help plan and drive execution of the digital lead gen strategy and end-to-end campaigns that clearly demonstrate and articulate value and achieve business objectives.
  • Cross collaboration with marketing operations, content, product marketing, sales and other departments to deploy and optimize campaigns across the U.S.
  • Identify and execute the right combination of channels designed to engage our healthcare leaders and buyers (ie. webinars, email marketing, social media, PPC, content syndication, paid media, and more).
  • Design and execute a lead nurture strategy that generates sales opportunities, reengages previous leads, and helps to accelerate opportunities through the pipeline.
  • Manage relationships and timelines with digital advertising vendors and internal stakeholders to gather, prepare, and deliver full funnel marketing campaigns
  • Communicate and present campaigns to internal stakeholders clearly and manage expectations regarding what is needed of stakeholders, how to track progress and what goals will be attained.
  • Lead the planning and execution of live events, working collaboratively with cross functionally and with the Events Manager.
  • Continually seek innovative ways to stand out in marketing campaigns to optimize conversations and ROI.
  • Own the vertical marketing demand generation plan for assigned segments by being the lead demand generation driver for the assigned segment team demand generation plan.
  • Work with Marketing Operations to ensure campaign set up and tracking is accurate and marketing tactics are performing optimally.
  • Build and manage a tight relationship with sales, forging strong communication between teams.
  • Be a proactive, collaborative, contributing member of the Marketing and Demand Generation teams.
  • You will have a precise focus on proactively protecting the privacy and security of all systems while always ensuring you are following documented policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
  • Healthcare experience is required in any of these healthcare segments a plus: provider, payer, heath tech, state and local healthcare.
  • 7+ years of demand generation campaign experience with proven skills in identifying winning campaigns to connect with identified buyer personas with precision and replicability.
  • Experience planning and executing on live events a must.
  • Experience in healthcare marketing a must.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written skills with the ability to communicate demand generation campaigns to Sales.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and ability to navigate obstacles, resolve issues, and effectively advocate for the demand gen team to capitalize on open opportunities.
  • Experience with a range of MarTech and analytics tools (Our stack includes Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics, Demandbase, Drift).
  • Strong knowledge of reporting and analysis within CRM (Salesforce) to inform campaign strategy to achieve KPIs.
  • Experience with tracking demand generation budgets.
  • Collaborates with product marketing to generate clear messaging and drive tangible impact through demand generation efforts.
  • Strong understanding of the marketing funnel and what influences success across the funnel at an account and individual lead level.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to aggregate data from multiple sources to make educated decisions on campaign optimization and spend across all marketing channels.
  • Record of success in driving growth on a fast-moving team with multiple concurrent projects.
  • A can-do attitude and a willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the right things done to propel pipeline.
