FOH DUTIES: FOH or 'Front Of House' duties include opening the  restaurant; making sure that everything is clean, set up and ready to  open for business. Answering the phone for call-in orders. Taking  dine-in, take-out, and drive-thru orders in a timely fashion. Walking  orders out to cars for customers who have been asked to park while their  order is prepared. You are responsible for making sure the dining room  is kept clean (sweeping & wiping tables when needed); as well as  making sure the dine-in trays are kept washed, dried and ready for use.  Before leaving you must make sure that everything is ready, prepared and  stocked up for the employees who come in after you.

BOH DUTIES:  BOH or 'Back of House' duties include preparing the vegetables, making  biscuits, and cooking items for the warmer. Throughout the shift you'll  be expected to keep the counters in the kitchen wiped down, keep the  vegetables hot and full, as well as prepare food for the customers in a  timely fashion. As a part of the BOH staff you are expected to wash, dry  and put away dishes that have been used. Before leaving at the end of  your shift you must make sure that the kitchen is clean and all items  are stocked and ready for the next shift.

  • Evening shift

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Restaurant Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Cashiering: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • ServSafe (Preferred)
