Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Processes Invoices. Ensuring quantities of delivery, PO, and Invoice all match. Creates applicable labeling/placards.
• Raw data collection and entry.
• Coordinates with Logistics to schedule container deliveries. Communicates any special requirements for the delivery to Receiving and Inventory Supervisors
• Performs inventory cycle counts and researches variances to determine cause.
• Works with spreadsheets generated from SAP for Inventory Cycle Counts
• Acts as backup for Inventory Supervisor
• Performs Purchasing requests, GRPOs, and other SAP functions for Warehouse.
• Assists in daily office functions 

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bi-lingual in Spanish and English preferred.
• Advanced skills in Excel
• ERP experience, SAP a plus
• Ability to pay attention to the smallest details.
• Ability to work hard and under the pressure of deadlines. 
• Ability to multi-task within all areas of Production and be comfortable in assisting Sales, Marketing, and other business units.
• Horticulture knowledge a plus
• Desire for growth in a fast-paced organization
