We have an exciting opportunity and are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of marketing strategies and programs for Fairstead.

As the marketing Manager, you will be implementing creative marketing and advertising solutions that adhere to Company guidelines and budgets, constantly evaluating market trends and competition. You will be creating content for a wide range of audiences and execute strategies that align with Fairstead’s mission and goals.
Here’s a deeper look at what you’ll be doing:
- Partner with leadership and team leads to develop and execute targeted marketing strategies relevant to individual departments and the needs of the Company.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and programs that support achievement of the Company and portfolios financial performance goals, implementing action plans around marketing, advertising, leasing, development presentations and communications.
- Create and manage content for diverse audiences that captures leads for our properties, builds our brand, and advances our community preservation and development initiatives.
- Plan and implement creative marketing and advertising strategies and solutions that adhere to budgeted guidelines, including the use of online advertising, corporate and property websites, SEO/SEM, SMM, referrals, signage, outreach, and email marketing.
- Gather and analyze market insights, research, and consumer insights to drive internal and external marketing strategies.
- Prepare and present monthly marketing reports, measuring the effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives. Track and analyze both corporate and portfolio marketing plans and adjust strategy accordingly for the future.
- Lead and manage the RFP and Pitch presentation process, gathering information and developing compelling proposals for the Company.
- Manage the website and intranet, ensuring all content is up to date and aligns with leadership direction and company objectives.
- Maintain an up-to-date social media plan and calendar, guiding both strategy and execution to maximize engagement and growth.
- Provide training and support to employees on new digital marketing tactics that align with company brand standards, including best practices for social media efforts and online reputation management.
- Be a brand ambassador for Fairstead, sharing best practices with the Company, supporting corporate events and initiatives on all platforms and networking events.
- Provide support for additional projects and ad-hoc tasks as required.
Your experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
- 5-7 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a start-up environment,
- Knowledge of multi-family marketing and housing is strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate and interpret reports to make strategic marketing decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present to diverse audiences, summarize reporting, and provide solid recommendations to optimize marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- Expertise in vital marketing tools such a s Google Analytics, WordPress, CRM tools, social mediate platforms, etc.
- Experience in managing a content calendar and planning and executing marketing campaigns.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in an environment of shifting deadlines.
- Flexibility for occasional travel to properties and conferences.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Compensation: $100,000 - $130,000 + bonus eligible
- Hybrid Schedule: We are back in the office 3 days a week, with gorgeous views of the Hudson, New Jersey and Central Park.
