We seek a Fulfillment Coordinator to join our operations team and own all things fulfillment for our growing organization. In this role, you will onboard and manage the relationship with our fulfillment vendors and will become an expert in domestic and international shipping. 

The successful Fulfillment Coordinator will be committed to operational excellence. They are highly organized and detail oriented in order to ensure order accuracy and on-time delivery to our customers and partners.

What will you do?

Core Responsibilities and Key Performance Objectives

• Ensure that client shipments are accurately picked, packed and shipped within the delivery timeframe
• Optimize final mile and fulfillment processes by automating and improving processes 
• Ensure that the inventory is accurately tracked and managed to prevent stockouts and overstocking
• Manage the relationship with LineVision’s fulfillment vendors
• Within Three Months:
  • Get certified in handling Dangerous Goods 
  • Develop excellent command of required documentation needed for domestic and international deliveries 
  • Learn what challenges could arise at various shipping destinations
  • Understand what is needed to support all fulfillment activities 
• Within Six Months:
  • Create an onboarding plan for fulfillment vendor
  • Manage Final Mile Processes and Fulfillment
  • Ensure that all orders are delivered to the customers within delivery timeframe 
• Within a Year and Beyond:
  • Onboard fulfillment vendor and mange the relationship
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics such as order accuracy, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction to identify areas for improvement.
  • Optimize fulfillment processes and reduce costs associated with shipping and handling.

What do you need to succeed in this role?

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and customer focused
• Experience with shipping product in past experience preferred
• Good communication skills to work effectively with vendors
• A desire to work in a fast paced environment in a rapidly growing company
• Ability to report in-person daily to our Charlestown, MA office 
• Ability to lift 50lb regularly
• Passion for improving the efficiency and reliability of the grid
