Description

Stronghill Capital is a nationwide direct commercial real estate lender, focused on third party originations via the mortgage banker/broker community. The Managing Director will foster client relationships and develop new business opportunities through networking, relationship management, and various revenue-generating strategies. The Managing Director will manage all responsibilities associated with a commercial real estate transaction from start to finish. Specific duties include but are not limited to:

  • Develop a consistent pipeline of business by managing company and self-generated leads.
  • Manage the day-to-day status of the pipeline, keeping all leads updated in the company’s database.
  • Work with management to originate qualified loans according to company guidelines and policies.
  • Actively promote the company and develop client relationships through an existing network of brokers and borrowers, cold calling and networking, maintaining knowledge of our products/services.
  • Prepare initial loan packages for management and present them for consideration and approval.
  • Assist with loan fulfilment to ensure timely closings.
  • Manage Borrower and Broker expectations throughout the process, protecting the company’s interests.
  • Attend networking and industry related events to further enhance company’s presence in the marketplace and develop client relationships.

Requirements
  • Knowledge of the CRE lending industry:
               * Specifically: underwriting, credit, valuation, and more
  • Substantial industry experience.
  • Existing book of business and banker/broker contact list.
  • Must be experienced with CRE underwriting and document collection.
  • Ability to structure and negotiate CRE loans
  • Excellent verbal/written communication, strong negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability and willingness to cold call prospects and deliver results.
  • Critical thinking skills a must.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial work environment.
  • Hard-working and passionate about delivering a high-quality product.
Salary Description
Salary: 60K, Target Total Comp: 200K-500K
