Description

     

  • Managing a team, their KPIs, and their sales leads/pipeline
  • Maintain and update records of training material
  • Manage escalation, participate weekly sales meetings, manage pipeline activity

  • Onboard and develop high-performing and committed sales reps while ensuring a

  • Track, measure, and report on sales effectiveness and help in informing marketing content and strategies as necessary
  • Become efficient in forecasting, working to become accurate and predictable over time
  • Build development plans for your direct reports, conduct weekly 1:1s
  • Help clients understand our products' capabilities to allow us to develop winning solutions that are tailored to the clients' specific business needs
  • Owning and executing their own Pipeline


Requirements

     

  • 2 years of progressive sales leadership experience in SaaS, managing BDRs and AEs; high-growth start up background is preferred
     
  • Hubspot marketing and sales platform experience
     
  • Proven track record of being specialist in SaaS platform (selling, training, demo)
     
  • In-depth and up to date knowledge of sales techniques
     
  • Analytical skills and the ability to investigate short (e.g. quarterly targets)
     
  • Knack for developing and implementing operational excellence
