- Managing a team, their KPIs, and their sales leads/pipeline
- Maintain and update records of training material
- Manage escalation, participate weekly sales meetings, manage pipeline activity

- Track, measure, and report on sales effectiveness and help in informing marketing content and strategies as necessary
- Become efficient in forecasting, working to become accurate and predictable over time
- Build development plans for your direct reports, conduct weekly 1:1s
- Help clients understand our products' capabilities to allow us to develop winning solutions that are tailored to the clients' specific business needs
- Owning and executing their own Pipeline
Requirements
- 2 years of progressive sales leadership experience in SaaS, managing BDRs and AEs; high-growth start up background is preferred
- Hubspot marketing and sales platform experience
- Proven track record of being specialist in SaaS platform (selling, training, demo)
- In-depth and up to date knowledge of sales techniques
- Analytical skills and the ability to investigate short (e.g. quarterly targets)
- Knack for developing and implementing operational excellence
