In this position you will provide support to the President and CEO, as well as marketing and support to each location. This position serves as the face of our company, coordinating and producing all materials representing the business and providing assistance to the executive team on a higher level to ensure excellent customer service.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Responsible for the day to day activities and functions of the President’s office for Markraft Cabinets Inc.   These responsibilities include, but are not limited to administrative duties such as scheduling activities, meetings, preparing outlines and reports, answering phones, returning calls, attending meetings, directing meetings, preparing letters, notes, summaries, research, organizing projects, travel planning, and other projects as assigned
  • Provide Leadership that represents the President and CEO in their absence and when possible, effectively handle issues of each
  • Understand the value systems of both Markraft Cabinets and the Executive Team and be prepared to demonstrate and communicate them
  • Manage deadlines and project schedules and ensure deadlines are met or properly adjusted
  • Be available to all administration and support personnel for problem solving, trouble shooting and support
  • Help enforce and monitor company core values and customer service expectations
  • Be a resource for sales team for product knowledge and updates
  • Help manage sales team and help hold sales team accountable to the core values of the company
  • Other duties, as may be assigned

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company guidelines, policies and procedures, and applicable laws. Supervisory responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
