JOB SUMMARY


ADG is looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst with 7-10 years of experience and knowledge of gathering business requirements, ERP implementation, and M3, INFOR Could Suite experience.  This role is responsible for ensuring current and future technologies are implemented seamlessly with requirements provided by the business.  



ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Must have 5 + years of INFOR Cloud Suite (M3) experience.
  • 2+ years of Cloud Suite Data Lake
  • Inform various stakeholders about any issues with the current technical solutions being implemented.
  • Query functionality through the Compass UI in Data Fabric, the Infor OS Compass API endpoint, and the Compass JDBC driver.
  • Provide updates to stakeholders on product development processes, costs, and budgets.
  • Ability to think outside of the box.
  • Gather and document requirements to enhance existing processes or to develop new processes/technologies for both internal users and external customers.
  • Identify, create, and facilitate process design changes by conducting business and system process analysis and design, focusing on quality improvement, and ensuring data reliability.
  • Work with business leaders and internal audit to develop role-based access matrices used to govern access to various systems.
  • Provide systems training and act as a lead tester for newly implemented technologies.
  • Support system conversions, upgrades, and enhancements. 


SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company guidelines, policies and procedures, and applicable laws.  Supervisory responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Requirements

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Must have 5 + years of INFOR Cloud Suite (M3) experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems or a related study.
  • Advanced understanding of business analysis techniques and processes.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience working with various operating systems, databases and ERPs.
  • Ability to work with various departments to facilitate the orderly execution of a proposed project plan.
  • Experience with Infor/Lawson products is extremely preferred. 
  • Knowledge of EDI and its standards.
  • Self-starter with time management skills.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Demonstrated success in managing priorities and managing multiple projects at once.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite + MS Visio
  • Customer service oriented
