Heartview Bismarck, a non-profit substance use disorder treatment center, is searching for a mental health professional to join our team. The right individual for this position will work closely with a team of professionals to provide clinical services to patients involved in substance abuse treatment.

The individual will need to be open to medication-assisted treatment and harm reduction concepts and be willing to do individual and group therapy. Great communication, organizational skills, and utilization of the electronic health record are necessary. An understanding and appreciation of the needs of a culturally diverse patient population is also required.

Qualifications: Must be licensed in the state of North Dakota as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. Underfill of Licensed Associate Professional Counselor may be considered. At least five years’ experience in behavioral health. Heartview will provide training and mentoring to the right candidate that are newly licensed.
