Reports to: Chief Revenue Officer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute FinPay’s SaaS sales strategy.
  • Present FinPay value proposition to potential clients.
  • Cold-calling and appointment setting to grow pipeline value.
  • Participate in In-person and Video Conference pitches to move opportunities further into the pipeline.
  • Run ROI analysis & Pricing during the data stage to assess opportunity size.
  • Handle the organization and execution of all sales documents including MSAs, BAAs, NDAs, and internal documents used for operations and sign on of new clients.
  • Leveraging personal network for the growth of FinPay
  • Manage new client hand-off to the operations team and kick off new accounts.
  • Report prospect feedback and market needs to leadership and operations teams to drive decision making.
  • Create and Develop Sales Collateral.
  • Collaborate in the creation of all sales presentations, web content, contract updates, one-page executive summaries, and sales scripting based on intelligence gathered from prospects.
  • Salesforce CRM Requirements
  • Prospect and manage salesforce leads, activity, opportunities, and reporting.
  • Bi-monthly sales pipeline opportunity reports.
  • Report on pipeline growth, opportunity progress, in year Revenue, and weighted forecasted revenue to Chief Revenue Officer & Leadership Team.
  • Track and measure sales funnel conversion rates and progress on meeting forecasted goals.
  • Collaborate on required functionality and customizations needed to track sales activity and strategies correctly.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a Sales position.
  • Knowledge and experience within the industry of Healthcare is preferred.
  • Knowledge and experience selling technology products required.
  • Experience in a client facing position including being the primary contact and working directly with clients.
  • Experience and proficiency in Salesforce including logging all activity (calls, meetings, emails, texts, linkedin messages, etc.) within the system. 
  • Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Excel in order to navigate FinPay’s pricing model.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • SaaS Sales experience preferred.
  • Microsoft Office experience including Word, Powerpoint, and Excel.
