Maintenance / Janitorial – Job Summary

Position requires someone who takes pride in keeping work areas clean and organized.

Maintenance / Janitorial – Primary Responsibilities

• Cleans entire facility – vacuum, windows, trash removal, etc.
• Keeps parking lot clean.
• Performs light maintenance such as painting, changing lights, snow removal, etc.
• If time permits may be asked to help with light maintenance or cleaning of vehicles.
• Replenish of supplies – paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning supplies.
• Could be asked to help at other locations if time permits.
• Keep inventory of supplies to assure new supplies are ordered prior to depleting supply.
• if time permits may be asked to drive to deliver parts or act as a runner.

Maintenance / Janitorial – Position Requirements

• Previous experience cleaning offices, and shops.
• Dependable transportation.
• Ability to setup a routine to assure areas stay cleaned.
• Ability to change assignments when needed.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen.
• Ability to work to verbal and written instruction.
• Ability to work in a safe manner.
• May be asked to use ladders or other equipment to preform tasks.
