Responsibilities:
Equipment Optimization: Be the driving force behind the optimal performance of electromechanical systems. Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
Problem-Solving Expert: Utilize advanced diagnostic tools, testing equipment, and technical manuals to identify and resolve malfunctions or issues in electromechanical systems. Your keen troubleshooting abilities will help determine root causes and implement effective solutions.
Precision Repair and Replacement: Show off your skills by conducting precision repairs and replacing faulty components such as motors, sensors, switches, control panels, actuators, and other mechanical or electrical parts. Safety protocols and manufacturer guidelines will be your guiding principles.
Calibration and Fine-Tuning: Take charge of calibrating and testing electromechanical systems to guarantee accurate operation and adherence to performance specifications. Your meticulous adjustments and modifications will ensure desired results.
Detailed Documentation: Maintain meticulous records of maintenance activities, repairs, and modifications performed on electromechanical systems. Stay organized by updating equipment logs, maintenance schedules, and relevant documentation as required.

Requirements & Qualifications:
- Technical High school diploma or equivalent; preference given to candidates with technical certifications or an associate degree in electromechanical or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Electromechanical Technician or in a similar role.
- PLC Proficiency: Experience with Rockwell Automation Studio 5000, Rs Logix 500, and other Ladder Logic programming preferred.
- Troubleshooting Guru: Demonstrate exceptional troubleshooting abilities.
- Comprehensive Expertise: Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical principles, encompassing circuitry, motors, gears, pneumatics, hydraulics, and control systems.
- Tool Mastery: Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, testing equipment, and hand tools for effective troubleshooting and repairs.
- Technical Savvy: Familiarity with reading and interpreting technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
