Description

Purpose

The Senior Product Manager contributes to the success of Aline by leading the strategy, planning, delivery and in-life optimization of Aline’s CRM. In addition, each Aline team member has a responsibility to support the company’s mission through understanding and living Aline’s corporate Values of Courage, Empathy, Curiosity, Collaboration, Trust and Results. 


This role will be remote.


 

Essential Job Functions

  • Liaises with the Aline team to define, prioritize, and bring to market key new products and capabilities in our Aline CRM platform
  • Translates strategy into solution requirements
  • Drives scoping and prioritization activities based on business and customer impact
  • Represents the customer's perspective, whether internal or external, throughout the product realization cycle
  • Collaborates with the cross-functional product team - consisting of designers, developers, testers, and other team members - to develop and execute against the product roadmap and release plans
  • Collaborates with user experience partners in usability testing and the development of the user design
  • Assesses market fit for potential new capabilities based upon trends, feedback, and competitive analysis
  • Coordinates communications and go-to-market plans with Aline’s marketing, sales, and success/account management teams
  • Serves as both subject matter expert as well as evangelist for the Aline CRM platform
  • Conducts business that is aligned with Aline’s values and culture
Requirements

Skills and Eligibility Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or a combination of education and experience
  • Five years minimum experience in a product management role
  • Strong passion for transforming great ideas into amazing product that delights customers and users alike
  • A collaborative rebel - team player who can use their superior work ethic to roll up their sleeves and deliver
  • Experience working in Agile / Kanban work environment and related tools of the trade (Aha, Jira, Confluence, etc.)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and presentation experience

Salary Description
$120,000-$155,000
