General repair and preventive maintenance of PCHAS buildings, grounds, and equipment.
1. Performs overall general maintenance duties required by daily work orders or as part of the preventives maintenance program.
2. Grounds maintenance include such things as mowing lawns, trimming hedges, and removing weeds.
3. Maintains inventory and care of tools, equipment and supplies.
4. Demonstrate effective collaboration across departmental lines.
5. Other duties as assigned.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to outside weather conditions. The employee is occasionally exposed to toxic or caustic chemicals. The employee is required to climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch; and talk and hear. The employee must frequently lift and or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distant vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED) 3-5 years of general residential maintenance preferred
