How to Succeed:

• Take pride in keeping our ballrooms, meeting rooms, and hotel common areas immaculately clean at all times
• Support our F&B operations by assisting with setup and execution, ensuring the success of every event
• Check that all equipment is in full working order and report any defects
• Assist housekeeping team when requested
• Exhibit a professional demeanor and appearance
• Follow instructions carefully
• Communicate clearly and openly with your team members
• Be willing to accept constructive feedback and use it as a tool for growth
• Always strive for exceptional guest service and satisfaction
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time (5 hours or more per day) and lift up to 50lbs 
• *Some on-the-job training is available, but previous experience as a hotel Houseman is preferred*
• *Must be willing and able to work flexible hours including a heavy weekend schedule*
