Position Overview:

As a Full Stack Developer at Aline, you will play a pivotal role in the design, development, and enhancement of our comprehensive software platform tailored exclusively for senior living providers. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will contribute to building scalable, efficient, and user-friendly applications that address the unique needs of the senior living industry.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

o Collaborate with software architects, product managers, and fellow developers to design and implement robust software solutions that align with Aline's mission and vision.

o Write high-quality, maintainable, and well-documented code using JavaScript, Visual Studio C# and SQL Server technologies. 

o Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, code reviews, and continuous integration to ensure efficient and timely project delivery.

o Contribute to the design and implementation of new features, enhancements, and improvements to the Aline platform.

o Perform thorough testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of software components to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

o Work closely with the User Experience (UX) team to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces that empower senior living operators and residents alike.

o Collaborate with Quality Assurance (QA) engineers to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products with minimal defects.

o Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, providing insights and recommendations for optimizing software development processes.


 Qualifications:

o Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 

o 3 years of professional software development experience, with a strong focus on Visual Studio C#, .NET Core MVC, Razor and SQL Server. Legacy frameworks including .NET ASP Webforms a plus. 

o Proficiency in Visual Studio C#, .NET ore MVC, Razor and SQL Server.

o Solid understanding of software development best practices, design patterns, and object-oriented programming.

o Experience working within an Agile/Scrum development environment.

o Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.

o Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.

o Passion for creating impactful software solutions that make a difference in the senior living industry.
