Outsource Consultants is looking for a Part-Time Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our rapidly growing company! We are looking to move our day-to-day accounting operations from an outside 3rd party and move them in-house. 

This position is a Monday through Friday role; however, most work can be completed Monday through Thursday and Fridays can be lighter days as long as all invoices have been applied and outstanding payment emails were sent. 

25-30 hours per week is projected for this part-time, non-exempt role. 

This position is work from home in Minnesota, with the ability to travel to the St. Louis Park, MN office one time per quarter for company meetings. 


Position Overview: The Full Charge Bookkeeper is responsible for managing the full cycle of all company accounting duties from accounts receivable and accounts payable. This role will also manage bank and general ledger reconciliations, month-end closings, and partner with human resources on payroll processing and employee compensation setups and payouts. This role works closely with the 3rd party controller and fractional CFO to ensure compliance and best practices to contribute to accurate and updated books for financial business planning. Being a collaborative team player with strong attention to detail, effective written and verbal communications, proactively asking for information and items needed for role, and a continuous willingness to learn are key to success in this role.

Required Experience: 

  • 3+ years of Full Charge Bookkeeper experience 
  • 3+ years of payroll processing experience; including familiarity with commission statements; those that do not have payroll experience are still encouraged to apply. Calculating commission statement experience is required. 
  • Proficient use of QuickBooks Online. 



  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Business Administration.
