Daily Tasks:

As an Irrigation Technician, you will be responsible for managing your assigned route and truck, ensuring all necessary materials and equipment are prepared for the day's tasks. Your primary duty will involve inspecting, maintaining, repairing, and installing irrigation systems for our residential and commercial clients. This includes troubleshooting and diagnosing issues, replacing or repairing faulty components, and ensuring efficient water distribution.

You'll be required to collaborate closely with your Account Manager, reporting any issues, concerns, or client requests promptly. Detail-oriented record-keeping of system assessments, repairs, and installations is essential. Communication skills are vital as you'll interact with clients to explain your work and offer advice on irrigation system maintenance.

Typical assigned jobs include but are not limited to:

• Inspection, maintenance, and repair of irrigation systems.
• Installation of new irrigation systems for residential and commercial properties.
• Troubleshooting and diagnosing issues in existing systems.
• Replacing or repairing damaged components, such as valves, pipes, and sensors.
• Ensuring proper water coverage and distribution.
• Collaborating with team members and clients to deliver effective irrigation solutions.

Requirements:

• Current and valid PA Driver’s license.
• Proficiency in driving a commercial truck.
• Current PA DOT Medical Card.
