Our Line Cooks work in a fast-paced casino/cardroom environment at Silicon Valley’s premier 24/7 entertainment destination. Casino M8trix is looking for motivated professionals to join our Line Cook team, helping us take our customer satisfaction to the next level of excellence.  
 

We are currently hiring Line Cooks with experience in Vietnamese cuisine to join our talented Kitchen Team. Qualified candidates will be responsible for preparing menu items according to specifications and recipes. Applicants must have the ability to produce high quality, large volumes of food. 

• 3 – 5 years of experience with Vietnamese cuisine
• Passion for food, attention to detail and a strong understanding of flavors, and a keen eye for plating
• Capable of sustaining a clean work environment
• Sound knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques
• Skilled in using kitchen equipment
• Ability to cook large amounts of food under strict time constraints
• Ability to work with little to no supervision while maintaining food quality and presentation
• Organize kitchen stock and ingredients and verify all food products are properly dated and organized for quality assurance
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have a California Food Handler’s Certificate

Work Hours and Availability:

Casino M8trix is hiring for All Shifts. Must be available to work full-time. 

Compensation and Benefits:

Starting compensation is $19.00 - $22.00 hourly. Employee benefits are available for all qualifying full-time employees including: paid time off, medical, vision, dental, and life insurance, and a 25% employee discount on food, non-alcoholic beverages, and Casino M8trix merchandise. Position available for a signing bonus of up to $1,000. Bonuses only applicable to specific positions, and terms and conditions apply.
