- Become a trusted adviser by building deep, consultative technical relationships with customers
- Lead client demonstration of developed solutions and provide support for training sessions
- Mitigate business and technical risk for both MindTouch and the client through thoughtful solution development
- Comfortable presenting MindTouch’s value proposition, technologies, product roadmaps, and strategy to customers
- Drafting high-level design and architectural drawings
- Develop business use cases to drive customer’s success/business outcomes
- Prepare formal proposals such as Statements of Work (SOW), Project Proposals, Project Analysis, etc.
- Bring a deep understanding of customer problems and solution benefits to all prospect and customer interactions
- Act as a link between the customer’s needs and potential solution value. This role is imperative to the success of sales opportunities. You will develop and apply best practice principles in the areas of Solutions Consulting, have a good understanding of Service Design methodology, and be able to engage effectively with executive and middle level management
- Seek to understand customer requirements through consultative discovery efforts
- Bring a unique perspective in matching MindTouch solutions to customer requirements
- Have knowledge of the SAAS space and how different platforms can interact with each other to provide a unified experience for a client.
