• Strong communication skills with the clients, technicians, coordinator, and service manager
• 2 years of experience in irrigation
• Ability to teach and develop technicians
• Leadership and management experience
• Ensuring safe and efficient use of technician's time and products
• Positive and solutions-focused attitude
