Matrix-NDI is looking for a full-time, growth oriented, Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to join our National Partnerships team. In this role, you will be responsible for client interactions & sales activities within the National Partnerships account portfolio. The ISR is accountable for actively driving and managing the sales process, working in conjunction with Team Leaders to close business and ensure an exceptional client experience.
- Develop a deep understanding of our products, services, and industry trends.
- Actively listen to customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products and services.
- Build or expand relationships with existing customers and prospects to identify new opportunities and cultivate relationships.
- Manage the sales process from project qualification to estimation/quoting and handoff to the delivery team.
- Develop business opportunities, determine appropriate needs assessment (on-site walkthroughs) and compose proposals for design/build projects.
- Advise Operations team regarding products and solutions required for successful installations.
- Efficiently manage customer requests for information and project changes.
- Ability to deploy all Matrix-NDI sales tools, software & technology.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.
Required Skills and Abilities
- Proven work experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in an inside sales capacity.
- Desire to learn, understand, and apply solutions to customer challenges.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Proficient time management skills.
- Skilled with Microsoft Office.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Qualifications
- 3 years’ + experience in network technology sales or operations
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in related field.
- Knowledge of network components and connectivity.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Proficient time management skills; sense of urgency.
- Skilled with Microsoft Office.
