We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to manage and execute critical marketing programs which advance the organization's strategic goals and initiatives. This cross functional role is responsible for building campaigns and executing strategic marketing tactics to drive brand awareness and increase NRF’s value prop among key audiences. Additionally, individual will manage marketing for NRF membership, industry engagement, webinar/industry programs and sponsorship opportunities.  


Essential Functions:

  • Manage marketing campaigns for NRF virtual programs and industry initiatives
  • Manage and measure marketing campaigns for member products and programs
  • Support member lifecycle marketing campaigns
  • Manage member recruitment marketing touchpoints, sales assets and campaigns 
  • Manage and execute member marketing touchpoints at all NRF conferences and events
  • Develop and lead marketing efforts supporting exhibit sales and sponsorships 
  • Communicate marketing performance to stakeholders including recommendations 
  • Guide stakeholders to ensure consistent brand alignment and marketing best practices
  • Monitor marketing trends and new opportunities for brand positioning
  • Serve as a marketing resource for outside departments
  • Support other internal and external strategic initiatives
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements

  

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
  • 3-5 years of marketing experience 
  • Previous experience with executing multi-channel marketing campaigns and program management
  • Experience with platforms including Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, paid and organic social media, google analytics and Salesforce CRM
  • Well versed with brand and digital marketing best practices and trends 
  • Creative problem-solving skills with a strength in diplomatically meeting cross-functional needs
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail
  • Strong organization and decision-making skills
  • Disciplined self-starter with the ability to flexibly work both independently and as part of a team
