As Sr Manager, Tampa Market Operations you will
• Support all Tampa Market Activity with a focus on operations and other activity as needed (business/network development, etc.)
• Lead day to day operations of Tampa Navigation Center
• Oversees navigation team
• Manages performance and outcomes reporting
• Engage directly in client relationship management
• Managing onboarding and expansion of clients and client related services
• Support the discovery, design, build and implement process in the Tampa Market
• Drive financial accountability according to goals and budget
• Understand how to use data to constantly improve operational workflows and processes that increase patient engagement and satisfaction and result in an ROI
• Understand to a granular degree the processes and technology deployed in the market across all clients, and centralized processes that may be deployed to support
• Perform end-user Quality Assurance testing as appropriate
• Be responsible for Project Management activities
• Assist with planning, processes, infrastructure, performance management, budgeting, etc.
• Serve as a thought partner and strategic thinker to continue expansion of Tampa Market through meaningful partnerships/relationships
A Day in the Life:
• Recap status for all activity in Tampa market
• Prioritize activities and deliverables
• Work closely with Florida Market VP to ensure all Tampa market activity has a clearly defined goal and plan, with timeline to support; report at risk deadlines immediately and work with appropriate team members on action plan

We are excited about you if you have these things:
• Bachelor’s degree in health services or business fields (but not required)
• A minimum 3 years of relevant experience required
• Excellent Project Management skills
• Health Plan and/or Provider experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Knowledge of population health and value-based care required
• Ability to exercise sound judgement in making critical decisions
• Knowledge of business and management principles
• Ability to establish goals and objectives that support and align with the strategic plan and business model
