Join us as a Wellness Clerk
We are seeking a part-time Wellness Clerk for our Mt. Airy location. Previous experience in customer service and wellness is strongly preferred. Our wellness clerks are integral to the customer experience. The ability to remain even-keeled, work well under pressure, maintain accuracy, and deliver top-notch customer service is a must.
We are looking for someone with a flexible schedule that can work varied shifts. If you have a lot of constraints on your time, this position may not be the best fit.
Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, friendly, and courteous service while waiting on customers and responding to phone calls.
- Assist customers in locating products in a helpful, positive manner.
- Make recommendations based upon the customer’s needs.
- Direct customer questions to our store expert or outside resources as necessary.
- Maintain an organized, faced, and stocked department.
- A flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings
- Commitment to the mission and goals of Weavers Way Cooperative Association
- Ability to work well in a team setting
- Excellent communication skills, including customer service
- Be or become upon hiring a member in good standing of Weavers Way Co-op
- Experience and/or education in supplements, nutrition, and vitamins is ideal.
