OpenLoop is looking for a IT specialist to join our HQ team in Des Moines, Iowa. Fully remote work is not available for this position. This role will be a member of the IT Team, collaborating closely with the IT Manager supporting team members in our office and remotely.

About the Role

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Manage company assets via MDM and provide support
• Provision hardware for new employees
• Troubleshoot system issues for current employees
• Implement security measures
• Directory management
• Other duties as assigned
