Ensure highest level of customer service and satisfaction. Offering services ranging from but not limited to facials, body treatments and waxing services.

 Responsibilities: 

• Must maintain a neat, clean and well groomed appearance. 

• Understand and comply with all company policies and procedures 

pertaining to this position, the required duties as well as 

department requirements. 

• Attend scheduled meetings as necessary 

• Must adhere to local and State Licensing Laws and Regulations. 

• Must adhere to local and State Sanitizing laws. 

• Cross promote other Spa and Resort Experiences 

• Must be extremely dependable with strong work ethic. 

• Possess strong interpersonal abilities. 

• This position is required to work Weekends and Holidays 

• Anticipate, identify and ensure customer needs are being met in the 

best way. 

• Must be able to communicate effectively with The Springs Resort 

Staff and Management 

• Exhibit a professional attitude, diplomacy and an ability to handle 

difficult situations. Demonstrate and exceptional level of 

professionalism 

• Must be customer service oriented and be able to greet guests in a 

professional, friendly manner and create an excellent experience.

• Participate in any activity deemed necessary for the normal 

operations of the Spa department. 

• Coordinate with Spa Manager and Human Resources on projects 

• Communicate effectively with Spa Manager, Spa Receptionists, Therapists and Estheticians 

• Must have a High School Diploma/GED.
• Must have current State License. 
• Must perform well under pressure in a fast paced environment. 
• Must be able to communicate effectively with The Springs Resort staff and Management. 
• Must be customer service oriented and be able to greet guests in a professional and friendly manner creating an excellent guest experience. 
• Must be able to push 50lbs. Will be required to work evenings, weekends and Holidays. Experience in Spa and/or Hospitality a plus but not required. 
• Must adhere to all policies, procedures and safety regulations set forth by The Springs Resort
