Administrative Floater

Trenam Law, an AV rated law firm with offices in Tampa and St. Petersburg, is seeking candidates for an Administrative Floater position. This is a position where responsibilities can change or grow depending on the capabilities of the individual. Additionally, this position may support one legal practice in phone and email outreach to government entities to inquire about projects on published calendars. 

Provide general legal admin assistance for paralegals and secretaries as requested may include document proofing, scanning, organizing, assembling packages for mail out, etc.

Scan documents into DMS as requested.

Areas where we expect the most need for support include: Accounting, where additional support in Billing, A/P, time/expense entry and New Matters is needed; HR, where support for Recruiting and Payroll backup will be helpful; Marketing, where support for events and season ticket management will be helpful. Other responsibilities will be added as needs dictate. 



A good working knowledge of Office365 or previous versions is needed. Other strengths will include an understanding of typical office procedures will offer a solid base of understanding, a professional presentation in person and by phone, an ability to quickly learn new software and a proven ability to handle administrative tasks.

Provide Accounting assistance with Expert Image and other assigned tasks.
