Pay Rate: $73,500-$81,000
Seattle, hybrid schedule that requires days onsite each week with other days remote

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES
- Project manage select events, including planning, logistics and implementation across CPM departments with a focus on philanthropy fundraiser/donor/member events
- Identify and project manage additional donor engagement opportunities and fundraising opportunities
- Contribute to department long-term and short-term strategy, planning and development of new events
- Provide white-glove customer service to event participants through clear communication, friendly demeanor, and providing information for questions and feedback
- Assist Philanthropy team with guest research for donor events
- Work closely with Philanthropy team on all reporting and tracking and provide internal and external post-event follow-up
- Write scripts for all donor engagement events and create copy for event emails, attendee communications and post-event thank you notes
- Track all RSVPs, ticket and table sales; provide support to ticket purchasers
- Data and financial reconciliation
- Advance talent, manage event agendas and ensure all staff are prepared with technical and logistical details
- Act as primary liaison with design department to manage the development of all marketing materials. Ensure all materials are routed to correct departments and external stakeholders
- Work with Marcom department to execute marketing strategies for all events
- Manage interdepartmental workflow between visuals and production teams to ensure that they are prepared to successfully execute live events, virtual events and capture content for multimedia
- Work with sponsorship team to develop sponsorship opportunities
- Track event sponsorship deliverables in coordination with the corporate underwriting team and sponsorship stakeholders
- Manage the development and implementation, in coordination with all digital platforms including websites, ticketing and fundraising applications
- Manage relations and deliverables for all external partnerships
- Research, contract and manage all external vendors
- Select suitable venues, negotiate contracts and act as primary point of contact for venues
- Work with volunteer coordinator to develop volunteer roles and responsibilities for events
- Attend all regular events, marcom and development department meetings to be engaged in programs, goals & objectives
- Collaborate with other team members to foster a positive and productive culture and contribute toward the overall growth of the CPM

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word) required
- Strong presentation and writing skills required
- Excellent project management skills required
- Strong technical fluency in audio, video production required
- Strong budget management skills required
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Community Relations or related field or equivalent experience required
- 3 years of experience in communications, public relations, community organizing equivalent experience required
- 5 years of large scale events project management
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to work some evenings, weekends, holidays as needed
- Must have a valid driver’s license or reliable means of transportation to meet requirements of the job and ability to lift and carry 30 pounds unassisted
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to travel overnight in Washington State and Canada 3-4 times a year
