POSITION SUMMARY:
The Account Executive’s job is to maintain quality customer service with clients by providing consistent, timely and accurate service related to Risk Management accounts, insurance companies and/or producers. The Account Executive’s role primary function is to serve as the operations liaison between FMSI and clients.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Development
· Gather information, submit market submissions, and present opportunities to prospective clients
· Utilize EPIC Prospecting Tool to manage prospective clients
· Follow DEEP Experience Sales Process when applicable
Client Experience
· Provides excellent service experience for future clients
· Proficient in EPIC management system
· Adhere to set service standards to maximize client retention
· Work with existing carrier underwriters and utilize current client Pathfinder for Proactive Continuations
· Actively manage service calendars for existing clients
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
· A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
· Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in commercial insurance is preferred
· Commercial Insurance license required
· Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and able to quickly learn and utilize other computer applications

· Knowledge of insurance terms and documents
· Ability to analyze and interpret data

· Understand and maintain fiduciary responsibility for company, client, and producer
