We are seeking a Campus Pastor to join our team and help us reach the Spanish community with the love of Christ. The ideal candidate will be a gifted communicator passionate about teaching and preaching the Bible. They will also have a servant's heart and be able to build relationships with people from all walks of life. 

• Lead and facilitate weekend church services. 
• Develop and deliver Bible studies and sermons. 
• Provide pastoral care to members of the congregation. 
• Oversee the discipleship (TUMI), on-campus ministries, and outreach ministries. 
• Oversee church staff, deacons, church leaders, and volunteers. 
• Build relationships with community leaders, organizations, and neighboring churches. 
• Represent the church in the community. 
• Work within the larger team and network of Harvest Christian Fellowship. 
• Will be available to work weekends and evenings. 
• Campus budget

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree in Bible or a related field preferred 
• 3+ years of pastoral experience 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
• Ability to preach and teach the Bible with clarity and conviction. 
• Passion for reaching people with the gospel. 
• Servant's heart and love for people 
• Bi-lingual in Spanish and English 
• Alignment with Harvest's statement of faith and values

About Our Church:

Cosecha is part of Harvest Christian Fellowship and serves to meet the needs of the Spanish community in Riverside, CA. Cosecha is a growing, multi-generational church passionate about reaching people with the love of Christ. We are committed to providing a warm and welcoming environment where people can grow in their faith. The church is open weekdays and offers church services to the congregation on Sundays, Wednesdays, and various other services. Average attendance is 800-1200 weekly.
