Description

This is a full time position 32 hours week for 52 weeks. Plan and implement the missions and goals of Department of Early Education and Care Community Engagement Grant. Recognize the importance of parents as their child first teacher, early literacy

development. Ability to plan and implement weekly playgroups, and all CFCE family events, develop and maintain a friendly and informative relationship with families.

Requirements

BA in Early Childhood Education, Human Services
Bi-lingual in Spanish/English is a must
A minimum of AA degree and 5 year experience with demonstrated knowledge in human service or early childhood education or family literacy.
Strong knowledge of and commitment to low income population and issues affecting this families.
Knowledge of child growth and development, curriculum planning for ages birth to 5 years
Cell phone, MA driver's license and dependable vehicle
Physical requirement to be able to get up and down from floor and be able to lift 40 lbs.
