In this role, you will be a vital part of our business development efforts, helping position DBA as a leader in influencer marketing. Your primary responsibilities will include building and nurturing relationships with brands and agencies to create new revenue opportunities. You will have the exciting opportunity to craft and sell innovative influencer programs featuring our exclusive talent and content creators across various verticals and platforms.

- Act as a business specialist representing DBA talent, strategically crafting digital and mixed media solutions to align with their goals.
- Conceptualize, develop and pitch unique brand programs using DBA’s roster of influencers and content creators.
- Proactively identify new business prospects for DBA-managed talent.
- Capitalize on existing relationships with brands and advertising agencies to secure deals and revenue.
- Responsively handle RFP’s.
- Define project KPI’s, objectives, and critical assumptions required for successful outcomes.
- Originate and formulate proactive packages for category expansion across accounts.
- Supervise a coordinator and collaborate closely with the CEO and SVP of Brand Partnerships for strategic growth.
- With support from the team, oversee every project from inception to completion.

Supervisory responsibilities
Direct supervision of one or more employees at Assistant, Coordinator of Manager level.
Travel required
Occasional travel may be required.
Required Experience:
- 5-7 years of experience in digital sales, business development, and marketing with a proven track record of packaging digital influencers.
- Proactive, resourceful, and efficient with a network of contacts in brand direct, advertising agencies, media companies, and across various categories (preferably food, financial, auto, CPG).
- Experience in consumer brands, fashion, beauty, lifestyle, food, travel, technology, and financial sectors.
- Demonstrated experience in negotiating deals and responding to RFPs.
- Proven ability to establish and surpass performance objectives.
- Avid daily consumer of online media and blogs.
- Savvy marketing and adept problem-solver.
- Innovative thinker capable of generating fresh ideas and strategies.
- Exceptional communication, writing, and verbal skills, with the ability to consult with executive management.
- Willingness to thrive in a highly collaborative culture and collaborate closely with executive management.

Preferred Experience:
- Proficiency in utilizing various social media platforms, including Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Snapchat, etc.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics.
- Experience with QuickBase.
- Familiarity with Traffic analysis tools (e.g., CreatorIQ, Social Rank).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Box, Google Suite, Zoom, Mac, Outlook, Slack, Adobe, Canva, and other relevant tools and technology.
