Are you passionate about streamlining processes and enhancing customer journeys? As our Housing Manager, you will champion our housing inventory, directly impacting students and parents. Elevate your career by being at the heart of our operations and customer satisfaction nexus.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
The Housing Manager role involves overseeing all facets of our housing operations, from contracts to listings. You'll be the primary contact for students and parents, assisting them throughout their housing journey. Collaborate with various teams to ensure efficient housing assignments, emphasizing attention to detail, communication, and effective teamwork.
This role is central to our operations, blending customer support and operational efficiency. We're looking for proactive, solution-driven individuals passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.

WHAT EXPERIENCE SHOULD YOU HAVE?
- Operational & Customer Service Background: Experience in operational management and customer support is essential.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Ability to analyze and use data to improve processes; and turn insights into action.
- Tech Mastery: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Google Suite, Salesforce, and Contract Management Systems, plus comfort leveraging data from multiple sources to create a cohesive and smooth information flow.
- Leadership: Prior experience driving cross-functional collaboration.

WHAT EDUCATION AND/OR CERTIFICATIONS ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution preferred.
- Minimum of 3-7 years of experience in operational management and customer support.
- Experience in a role requiring data management and interpretation.
- Prior experience in a team management, supervisory role, or cross-functional collaboration preferred.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Concord, and housing contracts is preferred but not required.
- Experience working in student housing is preferred but not required.
