Are you passionate about streamlining processes and enhancing customer journeys? As our Housing Manager, you will champion our housing inventory, directly impacting students and parents. Elevate your career by being at the heart of our operations and customer satisfaction nexus.

The Housing Manager role involves overseeing all facets of our housing operations, from contracts to listings. You'll be the primary contact for students and parents, assisting them throughout their housing journey. Collaborate with various teams to ensure efficient housing assignments, emphasizing attention to detail, communication, and effective teamwork.

This role is central to our operations, blending customer support and operational efficiency. We're looking for proactive, solution-driven individuals passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.


  • Shape the Housing Experience: Take the reins from contract creation to listing, ensuring every student finds their home away from home.
  • Become the Go-To Advisor: Be the friendly face and expert voice guiding students and parents through their housing journey.
  • Collaborate and Innovate: Team up with diverse internal departments to redefine and refine our housing strategies.
  • Empower and Lead: As we grow, mentor and nurture your team, seeding your expertise and shaping future leaders.


  • Operational & Customer Service Background: Experience in operational management and customer support is essential.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Ability to analyze and use data to improve processes;  and turn insights into action. 
  • Tech Mastery: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Google Suite, Salesforce, and Contract Management Systems, plus comfort leveraging data from multiple sources to create a cohesive and smooth information flow.  
  • Leadership: Prior experience driving cross-functional collaboration.

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-7 years of experience in operational management and customer support. 
  • Experience in a role requiring data management and interpretation.
  • Prior experience in a team management, supervisory role, or cross-functional collaboration preferred.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Concord, and housing contracts is preferred but not required.
  • Experience working in student housing is preferred but not required. 




  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service skills. 
  • Comfort working with data.  
  • Proficiency in understanding & reading housing contracts.
  • Ability to replicate existing framing and style of housing listings.
  • Mastery in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Google Suite.
  • Resourcefulness, reliability, and organization.
Salary Description
$65,00 -$85,000
