What’s a Hospital Concierge?

The Hospital Concierge is a proactive and independent support position allows the veterinary hospital and team to run smoothly. This includes tasks that range from supporting basic patient care needs to cleaning exam rooms, restocking inventory, and doing daily laundry.

This role is the perfect opportunity for those interested in gaining veterinary knowledge with little to no prior experience, and values managing their tasks independently. The combination are individuals who are motivated by making an impact for team members by providing amazing and proactive team and facility support.

The Concierge multitasks, prioritizes tasks, provides excellent attention to detail, and anticipates the needs of their fellow PVESC team members and patients.

With thorough training, you will be able to:

• Assist in patient care needs
• Run bloodwork
• Take radiographs
• Adhere to hospital exam room and clinic cleaning protocols
• Restock/review inventory
