Status: Full Time (40 hours per week)

Work Schedule: Mondays through Fridays 8:30 am to 5 pm

Location: Philadelphia, PA / On Site

JOB SUMMARY

The Case Aide plays a critical role in supporting the compliance and administrative functions within the organization. This position involves handling various administrative tasks, maintaining records, assisting with case file management, and providing general administrative support to ensure efficient operations.


Responsibilities:

· Collect, track, and update various documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational standards. 

· Assist with the acceptance, preparation, and tracking of referrals, ensuring timely processing and proper documentation. 

· Assist in reviewing case records for compliance, ensuring adherence to established guidelines and regulations. 

· Aid in the preparation of policy guidelines, tracking data, and generating reports to support compliance efforts. 

· Collaborate with other units within the Resource Home program to ensure seamless coordination and compliance across departments. 

· Reconcile data for case reviews, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information. 

· Assist in completing county and state audits and evaluations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies. 

· Complete 20 hours of initial training in the first year and participate in 10 hours of annual training thereafter to stay updated on compliance protocols and administrative procedures. 

· Actively engage in collaboration with team members and other departments to support the mission of Pradera. 

· Assist front desk operations as necessary, including answering phone calls, greeting visitors, and providing general administrative assistance. 

· Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned to support the mission and objectives of the organization


Requirements

· High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or coursework in office administration or a related field is a plus

· Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail

· Proficient in using various computer applications, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion

· Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team

· PA Driver’s License

· Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively 

· Must be willing to submit to background checks for employment, including Medical Examination

· Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 35 pounds


IMPORTANT: APM requires all new hires to obtain the following clearances: FBI, Child Abuse, Criminal History Background, and Medical Exam/TB Test.
