Account Executive (New Business)


ELB Learning is hiring Account Executives (AEs) to join our Inside Sales team at our office in Lehi, UT.  As an Account Executive, you generate revenue for the company by selling ELB software products to SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise customers.  To assist your efforts, you will receive inbound leads generated by Marketing and our team of BDRs, but you will also be responsible for sales through your own outbound efforts.  Continue building a lucrative career in software sales in the exciting world of learning and talent development!

What you will do:

  • Promptly and effectively handle all leads provided by Marketing and BDRs
  • Prospect for new contacts and opportunities
  • Conduct comprehensive discovery calls with potential customers
  • Manage demonstrations of ELB products and services
  • Generate proposals and quotes for packages aligned with customer needs
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms
  • Secure customer commitment to purchase
  • Effectively hand over closed customers to our support team
  • Generate referrals from customers
  • Consistently achieve quota
