WITF has a Spring 2023 opportunity for a college student studying Business Administration, Human Resources, or a similar field. This internship will provide the student with the opportunity to learn about the many aspects of HR administration including recruitment, interviewing, orientation/on boarding, benefits administration, employee engagement, and training and development. This educational experience will give the intern exposure to life as an HR generalist and will provide them with hands-on training that is applicable in an HR department in any industry.

Internships at WITF are paid, educational experiences meant to provide students with on-the-job training. Interns will earn $12.00/hour. Interested applicants should be enrolled in a college/university program and completed at least 2 years of college course work.
