Job Summary
As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting candidates with the technical expertise and skills needed to drive success at Exegy. You will collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager, HR, and hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and execute recruitment strategies.

Responsibilities
- Manage full lifecycle recruiting for various Global departments across Exegy, with a primary focus on technical roles
- Talent Sourcing: Implement creative sourcing techniques to maintain a robust pipeline of high talent candidates; including but not limited to LinkedIn, GitHub, Indeed, other professional networks, and direct outreach
- Candidate Screening/Interviewing: Review resumes, conduct initial candidate screenings, and assess candidates’ qualifications, ensuring alignment with job requirements; coordinate virtual and in-person interviews; includes travel arrangements when necessary
- Candidate Engagement: Proactively update candidates on their status throughout the full recruiting cycle, nurture relationships, and maintain strong candidate pipeline for current and future positions; at offer, provide comprehensive information on employee benefits, perks, culture; welcome new hires on their first day and encourage employee referrals
- Collaborate with hiring managers define open positions, roles, and responsibilities and achieve hiring goals/execute strategic recruitment plans
- Utilize data and metrics to analyze the candidate funnel, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement; provide regular reports on sourcing metrics and progress
- Promote diversity and inclusion in the recruitment process by building diverse pipelines
- Manage relationships internally with HR, hiring managers, and external partners
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and produce accurate data/metrics reports
- Provide up-to-date, accurate, and value-adding market intelligence
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- 5+ years of technical full lifecycle hiring experience, preferably within an in-house recruitment team
- Experience working for a global organization is preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with employees, stakeholders, candidates, and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
- Ability to identify and leverage data to drive and influence decisions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong ability to prioritize deliverables and self-manage deadlines
- Creative interest in brainstorming and identifying new ways to uncover talent
- Understanding of what it means to be a Brand Ambassador
