A Sales Executive generates revenue for the company by selling ELB custom solutions including but not limited to Learning Strategy Design, Curriculum Analysis & Design, Content Development, Learning Delivery, Learning Technology Consulting, LMS / LXP Administration, Analytics & Insights, and Staffing. Sales Executives are responsible for generating leads through outbound efforts. Additionally, they will receive inbound leads generated by our Marketing team. Sales Executives are an integral part of our sales and marketing force that drives our business.

- 5+ Years of Formal Sales Experience: Demonstrate a proven track record of formal sales experience, showcasing the ability to navigate complex sales cycles and meet revenue targets.
- Value-Based Sales Methodology: Apply a value-based sales approach, focusing on understanding the unique needs of clients and positioning ELB Learning's solutions as essential contributors to their success.
- Solutions Sales Expertise: Strategic acumen in sales, illustrating the ability to align offerings with clients' desired outcomes and deliver tangible value through solutions.
- Extensive Outbound Sales Experience: Exhibit proficiency in outbound sales strategies, demonstrating the ability to generate and nurture leads independently.
- History of Closing at the C-Suite Level: Showcase a successful track record of closing deals at the C-Suite level, building strong executive relationships, and understanding the nuances of high-level decision-making.
- Hunting & Mining Experience: Utilize a strategic blend of hunting for new business opportunities and mining existing accounts for upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- International Sales: Demonstrate experience in international sales, understanding cultural nuances, and adapting sales strategies to different markets.
- Industry & Segment Focus: Develop and maintain a specialized focus on specific industries and segments, tailoring sales approaches to meet the unique needs of diverse clientele.
- Experience Running a $2M+ Annual Book: Prove capability in managing and growing a substantial annual book of business, meeting and exceeding revenue targets consistently.
- Team Player Mindset: Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including marketing, customer success, and product development, to ensure a seamless end-to-end customer experience.
