Trenam Law has a need for a Probate Litigation Associate with 7+ years of experience handling contested estates. The ideal candidate should be familiar with sophisticated, high-value estates and high net worth clients, as well as handling other legal work in our diverse Private Client Services practice group.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Draft or review probate documents and file them with the courts. 
• Candidates should have experience attending and participating in trials, hearings, depositions, and mediations, with appellate experience a plus. 

Requirements

Primary responsibilities will be to attend meetings and court hearings, draft estate planning documents, including but not limited to wills, revocable trusts.
