JOB SUMMARY 

Our growing company is currently in search of Fabricators/Polishers, Installers and Measures of Granite and Quartz countertops. We are looking for hard-working professionals, responsible people willing to follow specific instructions, learn all the areas of the industry and perform any of them well once trained. Our company offers competitive salaries and good benefits. We are willing to train the right person in any of the areas but if you have previous experience in the industry will be a plus, willing to pay according to experience but will verify it. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Capable of working as a team and willing to learn all areas of the industry.
• Show up to work every day on time.
• Be able to follow instructions and pay attention to details.
• Able to learn how to use electric tools such as grainers and saws. 
• WSDS and good driving record depending on position applying for.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company guidelines, policies and procedures, and applicable laws. Supervisory responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

• Previous experience in the industry is a plus.
• Ability to accurately measure products and follow directions
• Ability to learn the proper use of granite and quartz cutting tools
