The Site Lead reports to the Director of Clinical Operations and serves as a point-of-contact for facility and personnel questions and issues. This person is a liaison between staff, providers, and patients. The Site Lead informs the appropriate leadership members(s) of any relevant site related occurrences, questions, or information.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Communicates changes in staffing schedules to director.
  • Assists daily operational flow addressing efficiencies, lunches, and patient loads.
  • Implements minor corrective actions and constructive feedback, escalating to director appropriately.
  • Assists with preparation of performance evaluations.
  • Communicates facilities and equipment issues to the appropriate director.
  • Takes a lead role in weather related incidents, fire alarms, and other emergency procedures.
  • Communicates and supports management announcements and initiatives.
  • Participates in monthly site lead meetings and is responsible for sharing information, process improvements and any deliverables assigned.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Two years in the operations of a healthcare setting required.
  • Minimum one year experience in a clinic role at OCR.
  • Demonstrated leadership and facilitation skills with the ability to multitask and set priorities.
  • Possesses the ability to work both independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Has the ability to make sound, independent decisions and is able to work without direct supervision.
  • Core competencies in judgement, job knowledge, initiative, conflict resolution, communication, and confidentiality.  
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willing to travel to multiple locations. .

Physical Requirements

  • The work environment is the typical medical office environment. The employee must be able to complete their work satisfactorily in an environment where there are significant distractions, including staff, patients, and vendors walking through and conversing, telephones ringing, conversations carrying over, loud noises, and interruptions to answer questions from others.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to sit and use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls up to 8 hours per day. The employee frequently is required to talk or hear up to 8 hours per day. The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; reach with hands and arms, and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl up to 8 hours a day.
  • The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and should do so in a sound and safe manner. The employee will regularly assist patients in turning; will frequently assist patient in arising from exam table; will frequently push wheelchair patients; and frequently assists patients in arising from and returning to wheelchair or bed.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Salary Description
$18.00-$30.00/hour, commensurate with experience
